Strategic coaching helps you identify needs before they become problems. This proactive approach opens up learning opportunities before urgent change is required and increases the chances of success for everyone involved. Executive coaching develops the ability of leaders to achieve greater impact in their organizations. We determine the approach of a coaching program based on what the leader and the people they work with believe will make the biggest and most positive difference. In my training, I actively encourage my clients to adopt a coaching approach to involve their teams in developing strategies, which I think is best done as a collective process.
